OD257657/2025-2026:Using Fosroc Renderoc RG, repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where access is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is difficult or impossible. Renderoc RG is supplied as ready to use blend of dry powder which required only the site addition of clean water to produce free flowing, non-shrink repair micro concrete. The micro concrete in the flowable consistency should achieve a compression strength of not less than 10N/mm² after 24 hours at 30C, 40N/mm² after 7 days and 50N/mm² after 28 days. The flexural strength shall not less than 5 N/mm² @ 28 days. The micro concrete shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. Mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100 kg/m³ at 27 C as per the directionof Engineer -in charges
