Name of Work:- SPL REPAIR/RENEWAL/REPLACMENT OF FURNITURE AGAINST EXP VOUCHERS AND CONVERSION OF CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLON NEWAR TO CHARPOY GI WITH PLYWOOD TOP UNDER GE (N) MAMUN AT MAMUN MIL STN
Material and labour for new long rail made out of 32mm dia medium grade GI tubing both ends threaded etc complete including taking out existing old unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for forming two short rails made out of one unserviceable long rail retrieved from Srl Item No 01 here-in-above including cutting and threading at both ends and fixing into existing charpoy frame and including taking out unserviceable short rail etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for forming two legs made out of one unserviceable short rail retrieved from Srl Item No 02 here-in-above including cutting and threading at both ends and providing 32mm GI cap plugs fixing into existing charpoy frame and including taking out unserviceable legs etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for 32mm dia heavy duty duly ISI marked, 65mm long GI 3 way elbow fixed in repair to charpoy including taking out unserviceable GI elbow complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for 32mm dia GI check nut including taking out unservicable check nut etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for removal of old unservicable nylon newar and tightening of charpoy frame properly after replacing the broken/unservicable elbow & check nuts and providing 03 Nos of MS flat iron stiffeners of size 900mmx40mmx6mm equally spaced to support plywood top (parallel to short rails) shall be fixed with nut & bolts as directed and providing 12mm thick plywood (BWR grade-I with ISI Marked) shall be fixed with nut, bolts & washer of stainless steel of appropriate size and flat iron stiffeners shall be painted with black colour over a coat of primer after preparation of surface i.e grinding of sharp edges of stiffeners before fixing on charpoy frames. 13 Nos of nuts/bolt/washer etc shall be used, after carrying out necessary drilling wherever required for conversion of charpoy GI nylon newar to charpoy GI plywood top, complete all as specified and irrespective what is shown on drawings.
