Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved LWPC on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified including taking down old cement plaster.Note: LWPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (Camouflage Pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 litre/ 10 Sqm with roller finish complete all as per manufacturer instruction Note: Camouflage Pattern shall be approved by GE

Material and labour for complete removal of old plastered or unplastered wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke, soot , moulds , moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of exterior emulsion anti fungal paint (camouflage pattern) over a coat of exterior primer with roller finish complete all as per manufacturer instruction Note: Camouflage Pattern shall be approved by GE
