. Replacement of the damaged and worn-out components of the 250KVA voltage stabilizer of LIS KOT-II. Job includes disconnecting all the electrical connections of the stabilizer both on LT transformer side and LT distribution panel side by way of removing old rusted thimbles along with nuts and bolts. Shifting of the stabilizer to the nearest roadside by manual head load and loading of the same in the transport vehicle for further carriage to the workshop by employing hydraulic crane and manual labour at site. Replacement of the worn-out components of the voltage stabilizer at workshop by way of removing its top cover for extraction of inner assembly including the damaged copper coils and the core. Providing and fitting of new 02 nos. copper coils of requisite size and specifications, new insulation material and nuts/bolts, varnishing drying in hot air circulation. Lowering of the coils inside the casing. Providing and fitting of top cover gasket, nuts/bolts and complete reassembling of the stabilizer at workshop. Shifting back the voltage stabilizer to the site. Unloading the same at site employing hydraulic crane/manual labour and shifting by manual head load into the pump room for re-installation. Reinstallation of the voltage stabilizer in the pump room by fixing all the electrical connections, providing/fitting of new nuts/bolts. Topping up with 160 litres of Toil in the voltage stabilizer which will be provided by the department at Jammu. Testing of the 250 KVA voltage stabilizer on partial load and then on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of materials, hydraulic crane charges, less cost of rebate on account of old copper scrap, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges and tools and tackles required during the execution of the job

Reconditioning and repairs of 2 No. 150HP ATS by disconnecting both ends of ATS from power cables. Extraction of old transformer coils from the tanks of each container then varnishing and drying of the coils by heat treatment, Providing and fitting of 18 No. contactor copper thimbles after replacing the old worn-out thimbles of both ATS. Cleaning of all the parts with recommended chemicals, cleaning of the tanks to make it silt free, lowering of the coils in the tank and topping up with 50lts. of new TOil for both the 150 HP -2 Nos. starters which will be provided by the department at Jammu. The job further includes P/f of no volt coils for both ATS. The job includes cost of material, labour, less cost of rebate on account of old damaged parts, tools and tackles and hire charges of skilled labour including testing and commissioning of repaired machinery at site.

Providing, Fitting and installation of 1 Nos. 150 mm dia foot valves for pumping unit no. 1 by way of welding flanges as per foot valves sample/size to 1 No. 150mm dia MS suction pipe and installing the foot valves on 150mm dia MS suction pipe end by p/f of appropriate no. of nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets as per size. Job further involves lowering of the foot valves along with suction pipe by using chain pulley block and skilled labour, joining of the bends and the suction pipes by bolting via flanges with appropriate no. of new nuts and bolts.The job further involves Provide and fittimg of 2 No. centre locks at the entrance rolling shutter of pump room at LIS KOT-II by way of welding the centrelocks at the base of the shutter at equidistant from the two side ends. The job further involves digging of 2 No. pits for installation of 2 No. clamp locking frames and fixing them using cement concrete mixture within the pits for the 2 No. welded centre locks. The job includes cost of material, labour, less cost of rebate on account of old damaged parts, tools and tackles and hire charges of skilled labour including testing and commissioning of repaired machinery at site.

Restoration of damaged HT line approx. 40m near the transformer due to thunderstorm by way of Providing of 4 NO. porcelain insulators and fitting the same at the HT poles near the transformer site using skilled labor along with tools plus tackles. The job further involves replacement of damaged HT cable near the transformer (approx. 40m) by way of recovering the old HT Aluminium cable (40m approx.) and fixing the new cable of requisite specification onto the HT poles near the transformer and strengthening of the same using proper tools and tackles. The job includes cost of material, labour, less cost of rebate on account of old damaged parts, tools and tackles and hire charges of skilled labour including testing and commissioning of repaired machinery at site. The job further involves the bush cutting and branches cutting for the overhanging trees interfering with the HT line near the transformer site which is approx. (100m in length) alongside the canal stretch for proper safeguard of the HT side of the LIS KOT-II. The job includes cost of material, labour, less cost of rebate on account of old damaged parts, tools and tackles and hire charges of skilled labour including testing and commissioning of repaired machinery at site.
