Repair/replacement of worn out ,connected parts at Gate 7A and Gate Batera Khul falling under the jurisdiction of MISD-I Jammu.

JOB 1 :Repairs to damaged gate on distributary 7A of Ranbir canal of size (3’ X 3’-6”) ft. Job includes complete dismantling of existing winch machine from its installed position and then extraction of gate by means of chain pulley block,tripod stand and manual labour. Shifting of the parts of the gate by mechanical transport to the workshop for repairs. Job includes repairing of winch machine by providing/fitting of new gear set and then complete assembling of winch machine . Repairs to the stem rod i.e. straightening by heat treatment and rethreading of the damaged threads to the accurate specification for its smooth movement Shifting of gate parts back to site. lowering of the gate to its closed position inside the channel using chain pulley block & tripod stand and providing/fitting of new set of nuts and bolts for mounting the gate on end of stem rod. Complete painting of gate structure and the winch machine by way of providing two coats of superior quality paint after applying one coat of red oxide primer. Complete Job includes cost of material, tools and tackles charges, skilled/semi-skilled labour hire charges, hiring and carriage charges of welding set to site, hire charges of chain pulley block and tripod stand.JOB 2 : Repairs to damaged gate on distributary of Ranbir canal of size (2’-7” X 3’) ft Job includes complete dismantling of existing winch machine from its installed position and then extraction of gate by means of chain pulley block,tripod stand and manual labour.
