Deployment of mechanical road vacuum based sweeping machine (as per technical specification sheet attached), only CNG/electric/diesel BS-VI powered machine is to be deployed) including its maintenance T&P, consumables (fuel, driver, helper etc.) for cleaning of roads.(i) Minimum effective sweeping width: 3.0 metres (ii) Minimum dust/debris collection hopper capacity: 6.5 cum (iii) Equipped with integrated water spraying system. (iv) Equipped with particulate matter dust filtration system. (v)The MRSM shall operate in compliance with all GRAPs restrictions. NOTE: 1. The item rate includes the submission of GPS-based geo-tagged photographs/video evidence before and after cleaning on daily basis and compliance with all directions of Engineer-in-Charge and applicable guidelines of NGT , CPCB and CAQM. 2. Any challan and penalty if imposed due to non-performance / negligence on the part of agency shall be borne by the agency himself. 3. Nothing extra shall be paid for collection of staggered garbage/filling making stack, loading, unloading etc. and on account of dumping charges, etc., challan & penalties imposed by CAQM, DPCC, MCD, NGT etc. after handing over the site to the contractor upto the completion of work and these charges shall be borne by the contractor itself. The work shall be executed complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction to Engineer-in-charge. 4. The MRSM will be deployed at edges of the roads and the rate included cleaning for a width of 3.0 metres. Nothing shall be extra payable for cleaning more than 3.0 metres width. Rates shall be reduced proportionately if the cleaning width is less than 3.0 metres. 5. The MRSM should display “On DDA Duty” during operation.

Deploying of Environmental Assistants for Cleaning and sweeping of berms, footpath and other inaccessable portions of sweeping machine. i/c removing of vegetaion and grass/bushes from roads, berms and parking area etc. and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.)

Disposal of building malba/ C&D waste/silt garbage etc. by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground C&D waste processing facility for all leads and lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The item is applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Note:1. The broad specifications of the vacuum based road sweeping machine has been mentioned on page no. 166. The bidder has to deploy machines covering all specifications as mentioned.2. The daily milage to be covered by mechanical road sweeping machine shall be 35 Kms. Agency has to deploy adequate number of road sweeping machines to cover the length of roads. Failure to cover the milage of 35 Kms shall attract penalty as per penalty clauses.3. Any challan on account of non-cleaning of roads by MCD, NGT, CPCB shall be borne by the agency.4. After opening of the financial bid, the L-1 bidder shall be required to produce the mechanical road vacuum-based sweeping machine for technical inspection by the Engineer-in-Charge within 10 days from the date of opening of the financial bid at DDA Office Complex, Munim Ji Ka Bagh, in order to verify compliance with the technical specifications stipulated in the NIT.
