| 1 | Supply and installation of 15 kVA, 415V, 3-phase, 50 Hz diesel engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure (CPCB compliant), AMF/Manual control panel, base frame, antivibration mountings, residential silencer, fuel tank, battery with leads, standard accessories, first fill of lubricants, all as per CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works (Part VII – DG Sets) and as required at site, including transportation, loading/unloading and safe storage |
| 2 | Demolishing the existing genset room structure including brick masonry, RCC elements (if any), roof slab, doors/windows, flooring, foundation, etc., by manual/ mechanical means, including stacking of reusable materials, disposal of unserviceable debris within 50 metres lead as per CPWD specifications and as directed by the Building-in-Charge |
| 3 | Construction of genset room including earthwork in excavation, PCC, RCC foundation, brick masonry in superstructure, plastering, flooring, roofing (RCC/ CGI sheet as per design), painting, steel door/ ventilation louvers, including provision for cable trenches, exhaust opening, foundation bolts for DG set as per CPWD specifications and approved drawings, including curing, finishing and all incidental works |
| 4 | Testing and Commissioning of installed DG Set including alignment, grouting of foundation bolts, connection of fuel system, exhaust piping with insulation, earthing (minimum 2 earth pits), cable termination, load testing, trial run, and submission of test reports as per CPWD norms and manufacturer’s guidelines |
| 5 | Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured aluminium/ copper power cables of suitable size from DG set to server room, laid in cable tray/underground trench/pipe, including dressing, clamping, glanding and termination with lugs.
