Operation of forklifts at Haddo, Chatham, and Junglighat wharves on a shift basis for cargo handling and shifting, including Sundays and holidays throughout the year; rate is fully inclusive of wages for one (1) Skilled Mazdoor per shift/ site, minor tools, GST, Labour Welfare Cess (LWC), and operational manpower as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) but excluding procurement of Port Management Board (PMB) gate entry passes for workmen and their vehicles, alongside required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), shall be managed by the agency and subsequently reimbursed upon the production of valid bills.

Operation of cranes (including mobile cranes of 20 to 30-ton capacity) and JLG Aerial Lift machines in Sri Vijaya Puram for cargo handling, material loading/unloading, and associated works , inclusive of wages for one (1) Highly skilled Mazdoor (HSM)/site, minor tools, GST, Labour Welfare Cess (LWC), and standard gate entry charges for workmen as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC); cost for Port Management Board (PMB) gate entry passes for workmen and their vehicles, along with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), shall be managed by the agency and subsequently reimbursed upon the production of valid bills.
