| 6 | Electrical and Airport Signage WorksProviding complete Electrical and Airport Signage Works on Lump Sum / Turnkey Basis for the Development of Keshod Airport, including design, planning, engineering, preparation of design basis reports and drawings, procurement, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, obtaining statutory approvals, preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training of operating personnel and maintenance during defect liability period, for all systems pertaining to the Terminal Building Complex, ATC Tower-cum-Technical Block, associated buildings, utility areas, car parks, approach roads and all related airport infrastructure. The works shall include provision of energy-efficient electrical systems, substations and power distribution network, Back-up power supply DG Sets, standby power supply systems, Pumps/compressors and associated electrical systems for water supply/STP/water treatment systems and utility systems, Airport lighting and Airport signage systems, EV charging stations, lightning protection and earthing systems, and all associated electrical, control and safety systems, complete with all accessories and appurtenances required for proper functioning and integration of the airport facilities. The works shall be executed in accordance with GRIHA green building requirements, relevant BIS/NBC/NFPA standards, applicable statutory regulations and airport operational requirements, and shall include assistance for obtaining necessary statutory clearances wherever required. Detailed scope, technical requirements, specifications and system details shall be as per the Tender Documents (NIT), Drawings, Design Basis Reports (DBR), Technical Specifications, Special Conditions of Contract and other relevant contract documents, and the contractor shall execute all works necessary to deliver a fully functional, safe, integrated and operational system for the airport facilities on Lump Sum / Turnkey basis, complete in all respects. |
