Repairing of M.S. chequered plates by cutting damaged plate, welding after cleaning, scraping, cutting of old welded material from broken joints and providing plain surface for making decking platform including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at Shobhapur Escape Regulator, SSFC,RaibareliThe work shall be carried out according to the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per Government norms) .

Repairing and overhauling of roller by detaching roller assembling from gate with help of jigs and fixture jacks, etc. cutting lock plate by gas cutter lifting roller assembling from gate by manila rope and shifting to woking plateform, dismantling roller assembling ,cleaning ,washing,repairing wornout roller shaft by remetaling machining ,polishing and reassembling. shifting to gate and refitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate in including all cost of material , labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work per roller.at Shobhapur Escape Regulator SSFC,Raibareli. The work shall be carried out according to the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per Government norms) .

Painting on old rusted steel surface of gates and appurtenances after preparation of surface properly by sand blasting process and applying two coat of Zinc Rich primer and two coat of solvent less epoxy paint including cost of all material , Labour,T & P and scaffolding required for proper completion of work on Shobhapur Escape Regulator SSFC,RaibareliThe work shall be carried out according to the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per Government norms) .

Painting on rusted steel surface of Superstructure, Railing, Mesh & appurtences after preparation of surface properly by applying 1 coat of red oxide/ zinc chromate primer and two coat of high gloss of synthetic enamel phiroza blue paint of standard make after proper cleaning the surface including cost of all labour, material, T&P and scaffolding etc required for proper completion of work on Shobhapur Escape Regulator at SSFC,RaibareliThe work shall be carried out according to the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (G.S.T. will be paid extra as per Government norms) .
