| 5 | Disposal of excavated surplus earth upto 5km distance including loading, unloading, cartage etc complete including all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . |
| 6 | M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and toola and planta etc. required for proper completion of work. |
| 7 | Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand):Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing . |
| 8 | RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including S/O all materials required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. |
| 9 | Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. |
