| 5 | Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of APFC Panel to achieve 0.95 lag. The APFC panel should have an incomer of 800A MCCB as specified below, 433V, +/-10%, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 35 KA, The APFC panel should be certified as per IS 16636 and IEC 61921. The capacitor bank shall comprise of capacitor units, de tuning reactors PF controllers, circuit breakers etc.The Passive section shall be microprocessor controller based for passive section and shall be able to sense the reactive current requirement of the network and shall switch ON/OFF the required stages of a capacitor bank. The Capacitor bank shall be of type tested design as IS 16636.The APFC solution should comprise of 160 KVAR. Incomer of APFC panel should be 800 A, 35 kA, 4 Pole MCCB.The 14% de-tuned capacitor bank with capacitor duty contactor suitable for following step ratings: 5 Nos. X 20 KVAR + 4 Nos. X 15 KVARThe de-tuned capacitor bank should have integrated DSP controller which shall control both the capacitors as well as Active Filter.
