| 4 | M and L providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M & L for preparing new concrete or plaster surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L, precast cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 20 to 22 mm as in foor top ,confirming to IS-1237 laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut & plished between tiles 2 to 3 mm will be filled with cement mortar (1:2) by mixing of chemical or equilant approved by the GE etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
