| 1 | Locker Bed Side Steel (FD- 1029)Dimension: - Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100 mm hingh.Description: - All mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. Two legs shall be provided to lockers as shown on drawing and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet top, sides back, front and shelves shal be of mild steel sheet of 1mm thick (Make of sheet TATA/ JINDAL/SAIL/IISCO or Equivalent in same specificaiton as approved GE (W). Two handles, chromium plated, 100mm long fixed to shutters. One hasp and staple 75mm long (Sample as apprvoed by GE) shall be fixed to shutters. The shuttters shall have the locking device also, All steel ironf surfaces exposed to view shall given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer paint.Finish: All metal /iron work shall be treated with dry powder coated paint in double shade after preparation surface. Make of Paint : ASIAN (Apcolite)/ Berger PAINTS (Luxol)/ SHALIMAR PAINTS (Superlac/ NEROLAC PAINTS (Nerolac). | 2 | Almirah Med/ Small Steel 1/2H x 1/2S (FD- 1034)Dimension. Overall size shall be 765 mm long, 440mm wide and 1270mm high. Description: The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah, Mild steel sheet/CRCA for channel base shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet/CRCA. A partition in the center of almirah shall be provided vertically with 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves, equally spaced, of 1mm thick mild steel sheet/CRCA shall be provided in one half towards left hand side. One top shelf on right hand side shall be provded matching with top shelf of left hand side with 1mm thick mild steel sheet/CRCA. 60mm below top shelf shall be provided with 20mm dia chromim plated steel conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm and shall have sockets at both ends. Front shutter shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to shutter. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Lock shall be provided of Make : Godrej/ Harrison/ Mortice or Equivalent in same specificaiton as approved GE (W). Each leaf of front shutter shall have two hinges of 75mm long but hinged and shutters shall be side hung. All joints, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. | 3 | Almirah Large Steel (FD/E6/MAP/18) Dimension. Overall size shall be 1900mm high, 910mm wide and 490mm deep. Description: The CRAC sheet used for making sides, front, drawers, partitions, base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 1mm thick. The almirah is divided equally to have three compartments in such a way two bottom shelves and top half compartment shall be used with locker and other half containing compartment shall be used with drawer portion include. Two shelves in bottom portion shall be fixed at an equidistant positions as shown in drg. The locker of the almirah shall be provided with safety handle and lock. The front two doors of the almirah shall be fixed with 75mm long hinges three on each side with proper rivet and welding. The shelves shall be welded to sides and back of almirah internally as shown on drg. Base of Almirah shall be made 1mm thick CRAC sheet. One chromium plated rod of 20mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. Finish: All metal /iron work shall be treated with dry powder coated paint in double shade after preparation surface. | 4 | CHAIR WRITING (FD/E6/MAP/12) DESCRIPTION :The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Make : Berger/ Nerolac/ Shalimar of black colour. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back. Fabric Shall be of Make : D'Decor/Vivid Collection and Colour /Shade of fabric as directed by Engg-in-Charge. PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Chair Writing all as per drg shall be provided or of Make : Zuari/Godrej/Methodex simillar to the drg and specification shall be provided. |
| 5 | Peg Table (FD-384) All as shown on drg. Overall size shall be 450 mm long, 300 mm wide and 380 mm high. Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30 mm x 50 mm. The legs shall be 362 mm high, 5 mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Two numbers top rails on section 20 mm x 40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. The length of top rails shall be 380 mm. Two numbers bottom rails of section 20 mm x 40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs in short sides. Bottom rails shall be fixed at 100 mm from the bottom of legs. Top shall be of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated MDF Board. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the top edge of table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamine polished with high gloss finish. Finish:- Expose surface of teakwood shall be polish in natural wood colour. | 6 | Chair Dining (FD-279)Dimenstion : Overall size shall be 440 mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high. Description : All wood shall be Seasoned teak wood. Front legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section throughout up to 460mm high. Rear legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section and 890mm high. The distance between outer side of legs in front shall be 440mm and the distance between outer side of legs in the rear shall be 405mm. The legs shall be joined with front sides and rear rails made to shape out of 30mm x 65mm in section. Two side stiffener in short sides shall be provided of 20mm x 25mm in section. One stiffener of 20mm x 25mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners. Back horizontal rests, two in numbers, of 45mm x 15mm made slightly curved in shape out of 45mm x 35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18mm below the top of rear legs and other below 45mm from the bottom of top horizontal rail. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round gola type of shah or premier brand and woven in Godrej pattern. The cane shall weigh not less than 6gms per ten running metre. The legs in short span shall be connected by 25 x25mm x16gauge MS pipe. MS tubes shall be machine cut and shall be conform to IS and shall be of TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/IISCO make. A detachable ladder made up with 20 mm MS pipe with four steps to be provided in each bunk Male/ Female MS rectangular box of size 50 mm x 25 mm x 75 mm long to be welded, two side protector bars of 15 mm dia MS pipe on top bunk to be welded as per details shown in drawing. The outer size of the bunk will be 1910 mm x 950 mm horizontally and 1950 mm x 950 mm vertically. Two Nos Mattress of 4” thick cushioning material shall be provided with each bunks. 3” will be the thickness of dense coir and over it 1” high density form will be there. Cloth of cushioning mrtl will be printed cotton silk, (Make- Sleep well/ Curlon/ Coir form). Wt will be 12-14 Kg (Length- 6 ¼ ft, Width – 3 ft and height – 4”).
