| 1 | Disconnection of incoming/outgoing cable from HT switch gear VCBs/OCBs/RMUs ,11 KV/33 KV of any type, rating and make for carrying out necessary repair work all as directed and carrying of following phase of work including painting of complete inside and out side unit by two coat of first quality synthetic enamel painting over a redoxide primer painting after scrubing and removing the paint suface and remove the old paint.(a) Taking out trolley unit from metal clad housing and dismantling complete, carrying out inspection cleaning and repair of worn out part, gasket, bushes etc all as directed.(b) Opening of bus bar chambers, carrying out inspection, cleaning and testing of complete unit, repair of worn-out parts, insulators(including low IR value) etc.(c) Carrying out testing of all metering instruments repair of worn out spares, meter, wiring cable etc and testing complete.(d) Inspection and checking of all protection devices, relays carrying out proper adjustment and calibration as per existing load, repair of spares/components complete and testing all as directed.(e) Carrying out inspection and testing of auxiliary power system, repair of all worn out spares / wire and make functional the complete system all as directed.(f) Assembling of complete HT switch gear unit, proper greasing oiling / for easy operation and connection of incoming and outgoing cable and make all necessary adjustment and testing complete .(g) The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand/make and shall be of same type,design,specifications etc to match with the existing and as per the recommendation of OEM.(h) Complete Servicing and Calibration work shall be carried out by Qualified and reputed Service Engineer only.Note : Replacement of all spares will measured and paid separately under relevant item. All the spareparts are tentative and may vary in specification and quantity during execution. |
