| 8 | Notes against Item No 01 to 07: Irrespective of whatever mentioned in the description of the items and elsewhere in the tender document, it is mandatory condition of the contract that the provision of \\" The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavangers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013\\" (Revised upto date till the Performance period of the contract) shall be strictly adhered to in execution of the contract failing which the contractor shall be liable for action(s) as provided under the act and as per laws governing the contract. The contractor shall be deemed to have taken cognigence thereof while quoting their rates and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account. |
