| 1 | Segregating the repairable charpoy GI pipe at furniture yard of BSO (Army) No 1 Jodhpur and removing unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220), tightening loose components of the complete charpoys and supplying and fixing 12 mm thick BWP grade ISI marked plywood conforming to IS:710 of required size (cut from 7' x 3' sheet) with 10 Nos stainless steel (304 grade) half-round top nut and bolt of size 50 mm length and 6 mm dia, including 3 Nos stiffeners made out of MS flat iron of size 900 mm (L) x 50 mm (W) x 6 mm (T) and 4 Nos MS flat iron of size 75 mm (L) x 25 mm (W) x 6 mm (T), duly painted with two coats of silver colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer after proper surface preparation. All edges shall be properly rounded.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Removing unserviceable long rail of Charpoy GI pipe and supplying and fixing new long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade GI pipe threaded at both ends, complete as shown on drawing and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (FD-220). |
| 3 | Converting retrieved unserviceable long rail into two short rails duly threaded (two from each long rail) as per drawing and replacing the same with existing unserviceable short rail of Charpoy GI pipe, complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (FD-220). |
| 4 | Converting legs from retrieved unserviceable short rails duly threaded (two from each short rail) and supplying and fixing MS clamp for MNF set and replacing the same with existing unserviceable leg in Charpoy GI pipe, including supply and welding of 3 mm thick MS plain black sheet, 40 mm dia round shape at the bottom of leg duly painted in silver colour, complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (FD-220). |
| 5 | Removing existing unserviceable elbow of Charpoy GI pipe and supplying and fixing new 32 mm 3-way GI elbow complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (FD-220). |
| 6 | Removing existing unserviceable check nut from Charpoy GI pipe and supplying and fixing new GI check nut of 32 mm complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (FD-220). |
| 7 | Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) : M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Silver colour) shade approved by Engr-in-Charge/ GE by spray painting after preparation of surface by cleaning & washing of GI Pipe throughly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 10 | M&L for removal of unsv seat & back of chair, S&F of seat and back of chair with new seat of 12mm thick BWR plywood (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth irrespective of what is shown on drg. The back shall be of 12 mm thick BWR plywood (ISI marked) fixed to frame with screw and covered with 50 mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs with welding to steel frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note :- The tapestry cloth shall be of rate ranging between Rs. 150/- to Rs. 175/- per meter and as per sample approved by GE.) |
| 11 | M&L for removal of unsv arm rest of chair and S&F of new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistant smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | M&L for S&F new hard rubber shoes of adequate sizes at bottom of frame of chair steel tubular complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | All as per item No 9.03 above but Rubber cap for conduit pipe as per drg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 14 | M&L for S&F MS Clit of size 25 x 5 mm adjoining left & right side of seat frame of chair steel tubular duly powder coated with black colour in order to give support from bottom complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Welding of broken parts of chair steel with 25mm round CRCA conduite pipe of 1.6 guage as per existing shape & size and applying powder coating after pretreatment of steel surfaces by degreasing, derusting, water rinse, phosphating & passivation. Powder coating shall be pure epoxy/ epoxy-polyester hybrid with minimum film thickness 60-80 microns, cured at manufacturer-recommended temperature, achieving smooth, high gloss finish equivalent to Godrej trade finish, Shade shall be dual/ contrast as approved by Engr-in-charge/ GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
