| 7 | Supply, install, commissioning & testing of diesel engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure and control system for 100 KW/125 KVA output at site i.e AC 415 volts, 50 C/S, 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories, equipment control panel etc as detailed below: (a) Alternator 100 KW output at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 C/S, self excited, self regulated, screen protected drip proof type with two end shield ball/Roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970 all as specified and directed . |
| 8 | (b) Diesel engine :- Diesel engine water cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with A1 electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of cap as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump pre heaters etc all as specified and directed.(c) Control panel :- The standard control panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for mounting accessories, static energy meter with LED display, digital power factor meter, Digital frequency meter & Digital RPM meter, digital voltmeter 0-500 volts with inbuilt selector switch ,digital ammeter, CT’s operated of suitable rating with inbuilt selector switch, indicator lamps LED type, hours meter, low oil pressure indication, over speed indication and high water temperature indicator (d) Electric starter equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followings :-(i) Maint free Battery duly initial charged & Battery lead of adequate cap. (ii) Starter motor(iii) Starter gearing(iv) Start/stop push button(v) Invertor cum battery charger 500 VA capacity suitable to work on 230 volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG set batteries externally when DG set is in off position. (vii) PCC foundation for DG set all as per manufacturer recommendation or required at site or directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | (e) Auto mains failure panel 415 volts 50 HZ suitable for 125 KVA Gen set detailed at srl item above, made out of 16 gauge MS sheet cubical type floor mounted front and rear door open able with locking arrangement duly powder coated suitable for and including the followings:- |
| 10 | (i) Microprocessor based electronic control box for automatic switching on and off of DG set and transfer of load equipped with microprocessor based controller 100% auto , 50% auto manual and 100% by pass arrangement adjustable time delay to engine start, standard setting 3 seconds adjustable 0-10 seconds, adjustable time delay on transfer to normal 0-30 minutes, time delay( adjustable) to engine cool down 0-5 minutes, adjustable time delay on transfer to emergency 0-15 seconds. |
| 11 | ii) Heavy duty air break contactor 4 pole 415 Volts 200A 50 Hz AC supply system with dust cover and operating coil voltage 230V with 2 No NO and 02 No NC aux contacts all as required for safe operation. |
