Dismantling and lowering of Existing 5 TON EOT crane : Complete. Controlled dismantling and lowering of the existing 5 TON Electric Overhead Travelling ( EOT) crane, including the provision and use of hydraulic lifters, necessary straightening of hydraulics, and engagement of heavy labor at the site.

Overhaul and testing of flexible DSL System: Complete repair, overhauling and functional testing of the flexible DSL System. Scope includes replacement / repair of couplers and counter plates, GI wiring, holding systems and rigorous electrical testing of all existing associated motors and other electrical components/ accessories.

Repairing of gear box of long travel

Repairing of long travel break assembly

Comprehensive repair and reconditioning of the main electrical control panel, including the supply and incorporation of all required materials ( e.g replacement of contactors, transformer, relays, wiring and terminal blocks) to restore full operational capability.

Supply of wire rope for existing hoist.

Repairing and alignment of existing girder for long and cross travel.

Replacement of Limit switches for UP- Down & Cross Travel.

Wire rope maintenance and treatment with comprehensive cleaning, oiling , greasing and application of suitable wire rope compound to the hoist's wire rope.

Re assemble panel box , wire rope, limit switch etc

Cleaning, rubbing and painting charge on the complete crane and girder for LT & CT with all requisite safety equipment and technical measures shall be ensured during painting of girder at elevated levels.
