Name of Work:- A/R & M/O Najafgarh Drain.Sub Work:- Flood fighting/Flood preparedness arrangement by providing and deploying tractor trolley, JCB machine, labours including filling soil in empty cement bags at Najafgarh Drain between RD 45316m (Basaidarapur Bridge) & RD 54346m (Mall Road Bridge) during Flood Season 2026.

Supply of good earth at various locations under CD-XVII including excavation, royalty, stacking, loading, unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions including carriage of earth by mechanical transport lead upto 10.00 km and lift upto 1.50m. All kinds of soil.

Supply and stacking of E.C, bags for flood preparation

Supply & stacking of 10' saffeda ballies with one side sharping at different location of NG drain.

Supply of polyster crates/ bright yarn of size 1m x 1m x 1m including its carriage with all leads and lifts at site of work.

Filling of available earth in available empty cement bags including stiching, stacking and placing in position.

Placing & Removal of available soil filled cement bags in mouth of outfalling structure/outfalling drains under water, rain & foul condition. Complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hire charges of JCB machine with operator & helper, fuel etc. during flood 2026, as per site requirement.

Deployment Tractor Trolley with driver, fuel etc. for flood fighting 2026.
