Supplying of skilled operator round the clock for operation of installed Fire pumps, Fire network (Hydrant & Sprinkler system) as per routine checking and situation demands. The Job includes cheaking of all valves & other instruments. installed inside the pump house and in network of Barasat District Hospital (New & Old Building). a) Every operator engaged with this work must be paid with minimum wages as laid down in the existing labour department order.[This rate will be variable depending upon the Minimum wages stipulated by the Govt. of West Bengal from time to time as per Memorandum No 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Finance Department Govt. of West Bengal]1 manday = 8 hrs per head per day.Total quantity = 180 days X 3 = 540 mandaysAs per prevailing minimum wages vide circular no 07/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd. 09.01.2026 of labour commissioner alongwith EPF, ESI & Bonus contribution as applicable as per Govt. rule, this rate has been calculated and mentioned in the estimated rate column of this item.Intending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided in the column of \\"BASIC RATE \\" (Cell M14 of sheet 1 of BOQ). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders.[Rs. 483.00+ 483.00 x 3.25 %(ESI) + 483.00 x 13% (EPF) + 483.00 x 8.33% (Bonus)] = Rs. Say Rs. 601.72
