(1) Please correlate with lift technical requirements (As per site visit) , if there is any conflict, Technical requirement may be considered with BOQ as decided in pre-bid meeting.(2) Rates should be quoted with minor civil works, wall cutting and mending good the damages to the original finish. (3) Necessary MS member e.g.; angle iron, MS channel brackets etc as required to be provided by the manufacturer. (4) While taking up the comprehensive maintenance of the said equipment after the end of DLP period, any obsolete parts for the said equipment shall be replaced by the OEM concerned at their own cost.
