Security Personnel for guarding the Barasat Division and Sub Division Compound, Basirhat Sub Division and Bongaon Sub Division under under Barasat Division PWD during the year 2026-2027. 1) For Barasat Division & Sub Division - 8 (Eight) Nos. [Barasat Division & Sub Division office - 4 (Four) Nos., Ashokenagar Inspection Bungalow - 4 (Four) Nos.2) For Basirhat Sub Division - 10 (Ten) Nos.[Basirhat Sub Division office - 3 (Three) Nos., Basirhat Inspection Bungalow - 3 (Three) Nos, and Madinatala Stackyard - 4 (Four) Nos.]3) For Bongaon Sub Division - 12 (Twelve) Nos.[Bongaon Sub Division Office - 4 Nos., Bongaon Inspection Bungalow - 4 (Four) Nos. and Tentulia Stackyard - 4 (Four) Nos.[This rate will be variable depending upon the Minimum wages stipulated by the Govt. of West Bengal from time to time as per Memorandum No 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Finance Department Govt. of West Bengal]1 manday = 8 hrs per head per day.Total quantity = 365 days X 30 = 10950 mandaysAs per prevailing minimum wages vide circular no 04/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd. 09.12.2025 of labour commissioner alongwith EPF, ESI & Bonus contribution as applicable as per Govt. rule, this rate has been calculated and mentioned in the estimated rate column of this item.Intending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided in the column of \\"BASIC RATE \\" (Cell M14 of sheet 1 of BOQ). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders.[Rs. 399.00+ 399.00 x 3.25 %(ESI) + 399.00 x 13% (EPF) + 399.00 x 8.33% (Bonus)] = Rs. Say Rs. 497.08
