CAMC of VRF/VRV outdoor System Model No. CS-VXV-H730/5R1 of Voltas Make 12 HP each (Total 3 Nos. Outdoor Unit) installed for Pediatrics Operation Theaters of Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu. CAMC include SERVICE AND REPAIR OF THE PLANT FOR ONE YEAR BY CARRYING OUT:1. Inspection of plant and carry out preventive maintenance as per thestandard practice four times a year or as and when required.2. Checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters for performance and ensuring healthy condition of plant on weekly basis or as and when required.3. Checking the System for any leaks and rectification of leaks as and when required.4. Taking set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance of the plant on weekly basis.5. Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjustingthe settings on daily basis.6. Cleaning the evaporator/ condenser coils as and when required.7. Overhauling the components of the equipment at site or in service station as and when required.8. Replacing the refrigerant as a result of leak in the system arising out of fair wear and tear as and when required.9. Attending to complaint/ break down calls when called upon within 12 hours.10. Repair/ replacement of microprocessor control, PCB and compressors as per site requirements and as and when required.11. Reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any on daily, weekly and monthly basis. The work will be carried out either by Voltas personnel or its authorized sub-contractors as instructed by Voltas. Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes.

Operation cost of engaging skilled manpower 01 No. for day running of VRF/VRVAC system installed for Operation Theatres at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu. 01 No. Operation / Day x 365 days = 365 Man days. The job includes taxes, Contractor's profit and overheads. Complete job includes labour hire charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen work required for successful execution of job. The complete job includes manpower/workforce for day operation of machines and rectification of faults as per site requirements and as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge or his representative.
