Repairing the damaged 500 KVA oil cooled automatic voltage controlled Servo stabilizer installed for Chopra Nursing Home of GMCH Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electric connections and draining out all the T- OIL and storing it properly in barrels. Job includes dragging out the Servo manually/mechanically using tools & tackles. Dismantling of Stabilizer by way of unfastening Nuts & Bolts of top cover and extracting out the damaged coils along with core by means of chain pulley block and tripod stand. Job includes extracting the 02 No’s damaged dimmer coils and sending to workshop and repairing and then polishing with emery paper and proper varnishing, replacement of control cards 03 No’s, limit switch 01 No, voltmeter 01 No and Ampere Meter-01 No and phase indicator set and lubricating of all the gears of servo motors. The job also includes cleaning, servicing of oil chamber by checking of leakage and plugging it by way of welding and assembling of stabilizer. Job includes shifting back of Servo assembly to the site and dragging the servo to its installed position & then Topping up with reprocessed T-Oil & filling the rest with fresh T-OIL (500 ltrs.approx) so that all coils are fully immersed in the oil. Making connections of voltage stabilizers input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes thimbling to end terminals by crimping process and charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours, then testing the stabilizer on full load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all the taxes as applicable

Repair of Control Panel for Air conditioning of Chopra Nursing Home installed at GMCH Jammu, by way of replacing 630 Amp Main Circuit breaker 3 pole and then providing and fitting of 630 Amp Main Circuit breaker 3 pole-01 No.. The job further includes testing of Panel on complete load for 24 hours. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 No’s of exhaust fans of 9” dia of reputed make along with all the necessary electrical fittings in the shed housing the Servo and Panel. The Complete job includes skilled man power charges, labour charges, material handling charges, specialized tool and tackle charges and all the taxes thereof.
