| 2 | Disconnecting electric power supply and decoupling of 5 cusec x 11.5 meter head discharge pump unit no III from 40 hp motor and then dismantling the pump and motor from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle.Repair to 5 cusec x 11.5 meter discharge split casing pump of pumping unit no III of Lift irrigation station, Jandi at workshop by dismantling and extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Properly cleaning the internal surface of pump casing. Remetalling /brazing of pump shaft and turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. Repairs to impeller by filling cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting 2 no’s of new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump, 1 no’s neck rings, 2 no’s shaft protection sleeves, 1 no’s check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 1 no’s new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs on ends of pump. Repair to bearing housing on driving end of pumping unit by providing and fitting of bush, turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing of bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. Providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of the pump and 2 kg spare at Station for routine use.Repair to 250 mm foot valve of pumping unit no III by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of new foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fabrication of strainer to stop entry of unwanted material and fitting it with foot valve. Job includes replacement of old damaged 1 no. ball valve of priming pipe for Unit no. III by way of providing and fitting CI ball valve of 50 mm dia.The job also includes minor repairs to 3 no. doors of the pump room by way of providing and welding door latches, hinges, handles, tower bolt of required sizes at LIS jandi The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles, welding set charges , cost of materials, installation & testing charges at site. Note: The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material. |
