Providing 20 mm thick Cement Plaster on old walls with Cement Mortar mix of 1:6 including curing as per BIS specifications, inclus as directed by Engineer In Charge.ve of all labour, materials and carriage, complete in all respect.

Applying Primer Coat and Foundation Coat of approved brand on walls at selected and approved locations, to receive the actual Artistic Painting / Mural Paintings by the Artists, inclusive of all labour, materials and carriage, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing scaffolding, wherever required as per site requirements, including removal after completion of work, inclusive of all labour, materials and carriage, complete in all respect. (The elevational area of scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes.) as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 2 mm thick as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work/Existing works (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Carrying out Artistic Wall Paintings / Mural Paintings using Weather Proof Plastic Emulsion Paints / Silica based Acrylic Epoxy Paints and/or Synthetic Enamel Paint of brand, manufacture and shade as per the pattern, design and graphics approved by SSCL on walls at selected and approved locations, inclusive of all labour, materials and carriage, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Painting exterior steel work (grills etc) with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat as directed by Engineer In Charge. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
