| 1 | Survey, Design, Procurement & Conducting a GIS-based survey and soil investigation, performing necessary hydraulic and structural engineering and design, procuring all required labour, materials and Tools & Plants (T&P) for Network and Tretement Facilities, Executing Interception and Diversion (I&D) works for all existing drains, establishing a conveyance network and Establishing Centralized/ De-centralized Sewage Treatment Plant(s) (STP) based on open technology including a 4 KLD Co-Treatment facility for Feacal Sludge/Septage. Constructing Civil, Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) and instrumentation works with suitable foundations for the I&D, conveyance network and STP(s). Building STP components including an inlet chamber, pre-treatment units (including one standby unit), Primary/Secondary Treatments and Disinfection units. Setting up Sludge Thickening and Sludge Dewatering units ensuring the final treated effluent strictly complies with the latest National Green Tribunal (NGT) guidelines (BOD<10mg/l, TSS<20mg/l, Nitrogen-Total <10mg/l, Total Phosphorus <1mg/l, Feacal coliform<100 MPN & COD<50mg/l). Executing necessary piping work including valves, gates, drains, and pathways, Setting up mechanisms for the disposal of treated sewage and effluent by gravity/pumping (as applicable). Constructing an Administrative building cum Laboratory cum Store room and a SCADA & Meter room. Erecting a 1.8m high boundary wall equipped with a main gate, wicket gate and other required buildings. Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Installing flow meters at the inlet, outlet, and bypass, along side level sensors. Implementing PLC/SCADA Automation and required instrumentation. Setting up IP-based CCTV for monitoring during the construction and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) periods. Providing necessary power infrastructure, including DG sets, an Electric Substation, Transformers with foundations, pumps, and Control Panels. Testing, Commissioning, and Handover completing successful Testing Commissioning and a 3-month trial run of the facilities. Handing over all completed works to the concerned department/Urban Local Body (ULB). Covering a defect liability period of 12 months for Civil works and 24 months for E&M works.
