Printing, renumbering and supply of Binders for entry of water meter reading as per approved format in A4 size papers. Each binder will be of 100 sheets ( Each binder binded by hard sheet gutta) (One Binder Consist of 100 Pages)

Collection of data from Sub division offices, Creation of master data, doing all the changes in master data of consumers as per direction & requirements, and preparations of Water bills in Hindi as per PHED water revenue rules, Printing of water bills on his own stationary approved by Engineer in Charge and delivering printed bills in prescribed formats to all concerned Sub Divisions.

Preparing and providing monthly Ledgers in soft copy as well as in hard copy as desired by Engineer in Charge in prescribed formats, having complete detail of all consumers, assessment, outstanding, realisation, and revenue statement, MIS, complete in all respect
