CLEAR WATER PUMPING PLANT Cost for disconnecting the electric line, pipe line,dismounting and taking out of old 100 HP centrifugal Motor-Pumpset with all accessories along with all labour tools and tackles etc all complete for repairing..

Cost towards repairing and overhauling of 100 HP Centrifugal pump with complete repairing and changing of its damage parts such as impeller-1No., pump shaft-1No. SS bush-02 Nos. SS Checknut- 02 Nos. as per sample, metal depositing and machining of C.I.bearing housing as per size with end cap- 02 Nos. Key- 01 No. Gland tightner- 02 set, paper packing , nuts bolts, gland packing, grease etc. and testing on load including assembly and fitting the same on base plate etc all complete.

Cost towards supplying of CI Foot valve having single leather flap and gunmetal seating. Valve shall be fixed on suction side of pump as per requirement including jointing material and hardware of size of above 100HP HSC Centrifugal pumpset.

Cost towards providing labour, tools & technician for full rewinding of 100 HP Jyoti Make motor’s stator with supply of super enameled round suitable size copper conductor wire and insulating materials class- F, such as Dr. Back Varnish, cotton tape wooden stick, etc making coil and doing rewinding & inserting coil into stator slots properly. Making connection phase to phase and coil to coil, varnishing heating, taping, sleeving backing in control tempreture up to obtaining proper resistance all complete including all consumable materials with deducting the cost of taken out scrap materials including transportation charges.

Cost towards transporting from pumping plant to workshop and vice versa with loading and unloading all complete.

RAW WATER PUMPING PLANT Cost towards lifting of 175 HP VT Pump set from well along with column pipe and lowering the same after repairing with all labour tools and tackles.

Cost for dismantling of WPIL make 9 stage 175HP VT pump and taking out its pump shaft, impeller, diffuser etc cleaning ,checking and changing of its damaged parts such as

Cost towards dismantling of 175HP VT Motor and taking out its end housing cover both side bearing etc and heating of motor ,doing proper vernishing ,heating, assembly of motor.

Cost towards transporting from pumping plant to workshop and vice versa with loading and unloading all complete.
