| 10 | M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item). |
| 11 | Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick-work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as ecommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ). |

| 18 | M&L 300x300x 7 mm coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/cloured including provison of 10 mm thick in cemnt mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | M & L for Vitrified,ultra charged, designed, light shade coloured (light shade), tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | S & F 4 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, glazing pin etc in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed. |
