Excavation in foundation soil (Loam clay or sand) indluding left upto 1.5 metre (5fts) and lead upto 30 Mtr (100fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the tremches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of suplus earth as directed Engineer in charge up to distance of 30m (100fts) from the foundation trenches, as per S.I. No. 251

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar infoundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Providing and laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 of not lesss than strenght of M 150 stone ballast (20 mm. Nominal size) 2 approved coarse sand 1 cement including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. requires for proper completion of the work and curing complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing and applying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawing & Technichak Specification Clouse 1504 of MORD specification.
