| 28 | Repair of detiorarted RCC Surface having exposed rusted consisting of following operation a) Chipping of concrete surfaced 25mm thick average depth afterwards removal of loose concrete and exposing the steel bars. Cleaning the surface properly to remove dust particles and rust from the steel bars. Complete in all respect ot the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. b) Moistening the surface properly and applying arcylic polymer (acrocrete/pidilite/master crete) coating mixing with cement for proper bonding of old and new concrete in two coats @ 0.20 kg Polymer per 1 Kg cement c)providing and fixing Fibre mesh with steel reinforcement by using binding wire and nails. Complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-incharge. d) Placing of cement concrete 1:1: 1/2:3 having thicknesss (3/4\\" to 1.1/4\\") mixed with acrylic polymer admixture @ 1 kg per bag of cement average thickness 1..
