Oiling and greasing of Crest radial gates,Vertical Gates and Intake Service well Gates of Dam including all charges of man and material complete, which include cleaning of wire rope with petrol / diesel and applying Cardium compound to wire ropes, oiling & greasing etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and filling/ replacing gear oil of approved quality up to the required gauge level for Reduction gear unit of hoists/ gantry cranes including cost of all materials, machinery, labour with all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Providing and applying grease of approved quality to gate and hoist components requiring greasing as part of annual maintenance using grease gun wherever necessary including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding etc. complete.

Operation of vertical / radial gates, hoist operation, stop log gates, Gantry Crane, mono rail etc. at Dams for all seasons round the clock whenever required, as per direction of Engineer in-Charge, by providing skilled & semi skilled staff well conversant with the work of operation of gates as well as meet out all types maintenance & repair work of gates whenever required in any emergency during operation of the gates including deployment of Chowkidar at gate section of the Dam.
