| 1 | Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish including clearing of jungle and uprooting of rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level and in-equalities which includes removal/levelling of boulder/blasted/crushed rock upto a depth of 300mm under the pipe rack or under the fire water line or in between the drain and footpath or any other area inside the plant premises either mechanically or manually and disposal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 m outside the periphery of the area cleared as per the direction of EIC. |
| 2 | Earth work in over areas/foundation/Pits/Trenches etc. by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means/controlled blasting to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/strata as mentioned below upto 1.5meter depths, including dressing of excavated sides and ramming of bottoms and disposal / stacking of excavated materials within NFC campus for all leads and all inherent lifts and filling in layers with available earth in the NFC not exceeding 150m, watering, consolidation etc. complete all as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Excavation to be done at certain distance for tree plantation, area grading or for any other purpose required as per the diection of EIC. |

| 5 | Lead charges for all additional leads over the initial lead of 150 m by mechanical transport, including loading. unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock, debris etc within NFC Plant premises.Note: measurement of lead charges wlll be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @ 20% and 50% for soils and rock/debris respectively. |
| 6 | Supplying, stacking and levelling of good earth black or red soil at NFC Campus including the cost of excavation, loading, unloading at site, royality from outside and complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge including levelling, neatly dressing, rolling and watering as per specification (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).Note :- 1. Earth to be approved by EIC before supplying and shall be suitable for landscaping.2. Earth to be dumped near the pipe rack or near the fire water line or near the drain and footpath as per the direction of EIC for spreadding mechanically or manually under those areas. |
| 7 | Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete with Nominal Mix 1:1.5:3 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/ manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including pumping, laying in proper line, slope, level, profile, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing,etc., complete as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Providing centering and shuttering using 12mm thick marine plyboard at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined,circular including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work, pockets for machine/equipmet foundations as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed.Note :- Plywood shall not be used for more than eight repitions. |

| 10 | Cement plastering 15 mm thick for external walls using ready made plaster in cement mortar (1cement:4 Sand) of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC , providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, hacking of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Painting exterior walls/surfaces with two coats of antifungus and acrylic emulsion paint of exterior quality having 100% acrylic Asian Paint Ultima Protek/Dulux Professional weathershield flex or any other approved brand and shade including preparing surfaces, filling cracks/holes with external crack filler of Fosroc renderoc CS/CF or any approved equivalent, applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.Note:- 1. Rates should be qouted inclusive of one coat of primer, minimum two or more coats of paint and removal of old paint by using scrubbing machine if required, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete is also included.2. Rates are inclusive of scaffolding required at all heights. |
| 12 | Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). |

| 15 | Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns(Grass block pavers), drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Minimum60mm thick cement concrete paver block/Grass block pavers of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. |
| 16 | Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 100x100x16mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in out door floors such as footpath, court yard multi models etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including spacers and grouting the joints with epoxy grout of matching pigments etc. complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
