| 15 | M&L for preperation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 16 | Note:-Item No-01 to 20 shall be carried out up to 20 mtr of building height.The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) Use of Scaffolding , trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(b) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc.(c) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornies, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(d) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(e) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(f) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carring out future work.(g) The work shall be carried out up to 4 the storey.(h) Incl removal of vegetation on walls incl roots on wall surfaces and removal of all debrries upto 5 Km.(j) incl. colour shed where required. |

Note: Phase should be Red / Yellow / Blue, neutral should be black and earthing wire should be green in colour. Two runs of cable for phase / neutral and one run of cable for earth incl conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length. |
