| 1 | M& L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 5 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Taking down Chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.50 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | S&F aluminium powder coated ventilators partly fix and partly louvered of aluminium section designed DG-2762 (40 mm x 32 mm x1.5 mm thick) (wt 0.668 kg/mtr) frame and DG-2763 and middle section of designed DG-2763 (40 mm x 32 mm x 1.5 mm thick) (wt 0.654 kg/mtr), middle section DG-2546 (17.27 mm x 17.15 mm x 1.22 mm thick) (wt 0.124 kg/mtr) including 5 mm thick pinheaded figured glass louvers with blades of 100 mm heavy duty including with aluminium lever handle fixed panel shall be provided with 5 mm thick pin headed figured glass including all necessary rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading fixed with minimum 6 Nos of suitable size galvanised screws with PVC plug etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | S&F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered brick work or concrete surfaces & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint on prepared brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
