| 4 | ERM SystemChecking and inspection of Emitting rapping system of all the ESP fields thoroughly including housing bearing assembly checking. |

| 10 | CRM & ERM SystemsRepair & Alignment of rapping shafts, bearings, Pin wheel,hammer assembly of all the rapping mechanism (Collecting &Emitting), if required after checking for all ESP Fields (28 nos.).Replacement of horizontal shaft of CERM and horizontal &vertical shaft of EERM if required. |

| 12 | Baffle PlatesRefitting/ Repair of Baffle plates of all the 56 nos. ESP hopper thoroughly. |
| 13 | CERM & EERM Gear BoxesLubrication of Collecting and Emitting rapping motor and itsgearbox. Servicing/Rectification/Replacement of CERM/EERMGear box if needed. |
| 14 | TR SetsThe entire Transformer - Rectifier units should be checkedthoroughly and cleaned body only including checking of oil leveland changing of silica gel depending upon the condition then, OC & SC Testing (28 nos.) of TR Set. |
| 15 | ESP Fields.After completion of aforesaid jobs, Meggaring of each field to be carried out until it comes to its desired value. |
| 16 | HV Safety Bkrs.Alignments of all the safety breakers, 28 Nos. (1 for each field)should be checked & rectified. These must also be cleaned. |
| 17 | ESP MCC PanelsAll the MCC panels (28Nos.) of ESP fields & its IncomerBreakers (12 Nos.) including 6.6 KV/ 415V Dry type Transformers (Three Nos.) to be cleaned & tightness checked. |
| 18 | Suspension Frame & I-BeamChecking & maintenance of collecting & emitting suspension frame and I-beam of A-path & B-path. Suspension point of collecting plate and emitting wire also to be checked. |

| 23 | Gap adjustment of all PlatesThrough checking of collecting plates (top to bottom), straightening and gauging of all the collecting plates of ESP fields. Gap adjustment of all the plates (between the collecting plates) of all the ESP fields. Inspection and replacement of emitting electrodes etc. |
| 24 | Field Alignment.Fixing/repairing/realignment of collecting plates at suspensionpoint and shock bar portion of ESP fields as per requirement |
| 25 | ESP Manhole DoorsInspection and repair of all hopper, inlet-outlet duct & ESPmanhole doors of A-path & B-path. All rope gasket should bechanged. |
| 26 | Checking & Calibration of ALIChecking and calibration of all Ash Level Indicators (ALI) are tobe done. ALI to be replaced. Along with RF type probe checking and replacement if required. |
