BECKS'S GRADED INSULATING VARNISH TO OBTAIN STABLE IR VALUE. CLEANING UP THE ROTOR, INCLUDING HEATING FOR DE-MOISTURISATION, LACKER COATING ON THE SURFACE FOR ROTOR STAMPINGS, CLEANING AND RO PRIMING ON THE END SHIELD COVERS, BEARING HOUSING AND COMPLETE THE NECESARRY REPAIRING WORKS OF 3 HP, 1420 RPM MOTOR.

DISMANTLING ALL THE PARTS ONE BY ONE OF AGITATOR FOR ALUM/PAC AGITATOR.

DISMANTLING ALL THE PARTS OF ALUM/PAC AGITATOR PADDLE (EXCLUDING GEAR BOX) LIKE SLEEVE COUPLING, COUPLING GUIDE BUSH HOUSING, SHAR BASE FRAME BEARING RING HOUSING, RIGID COUPLING, FLEXIBLE SHAFT LOCK BOLT ETC AND KEPT IT AT SUITABLE PLACES AS PER DIRECTION OF THE EIC.
