| 4 | Retrofitting of different make protection relay i.e. O/C&E/F, diff. relay after cutting of proper size slot in control panel if needed, complete wiring of relay, configuration of relay as per UPPCL standard/requirement, testing of proper operation of relay by primary/secondary injection test kit, testing of trip/close and indication circuit of associated VCB and removing of wiring fault, if any. |
| 5 | Overhauling including proper cleaning of all moving parts, cleaning of electrical contacts with CRC, lubrication & proper adjustment of mechanism of 33KV & 11KV different make VCB for proper operation of VCB, tracking & removing of wiring fault in VCB, if any. |
| 6 | Opening of complete 11 KV Bush bar in case of emergency break down, its cleaning with thinner & rebolting & replacement of damage, if required & proper checking 11 KV bush bar nut bolt tightness. |
| 7 | Attending emergency break down of 11 KV VCB including cleaning of all electrical contacts with CRC, cleaning of dust/smoke deposited in panel cubical with thinner, cleaning of spouts, replacement of damaged/burnt parts of VCB, tracing & removing of burnt wiring rewiring & proper dressing of wiring in VCB. |
| 8 | In emergency break down replacement of defective and damaged CT by new CT with all its accessories with proper fixing 11 KV/33KV Breaker, (CT will be provided by the department) |
| 9 | Attending emergency break down occurred in 33kv Out Door Vacuumed Circuit Breaker mechanism for smooth operation for tripping of breaker including cleaning of dust/smoke deposited in panel with thinner, cleaning of spouts all electrical contacts with CRC, setting alignment of close/trip coil assembly with panel of Breaker. |
