Complete rewinding of 0.5 KW, 3-ɸ, 415 V, 0.9 Amp cooling fan motors of 160 MVA Power transformers. The work covers lowering of fan from radiator bank, complete dismantalling of all parts of fan motors, its rewinding by super enamel copper wire of same specification & gauge, varnishing of complete motor body, replacement of damaged front and rear side bearing with new ones of same size and standard make, oiling & greasing of all moving parts, reassembling of motor & testing for normal running of cooling fan with all cost of men, material, carriage and T&P required for the job.

Complete rewinding of 0.24 KW , 3-ɸ, 415 V, 0.6 Amp cooling fan motors of 20 MVA Power transformer. The work covers lowering of fan from radiator bank, complete dismantalling of all parts of fan motors, its rewinding by super enamel copper wire of same specification & guage, varnishing of complete motor body, replacement of damaged front and rear side bearing with new ones of same size and standard make, oiling & greasing of all moving parts, reassembling of motor & testing for normal running of cooling fan with all cost of men, material, carriage and T&P required for the job.

Repairing, rectification and Rewiring of local marshalling box of 160 MVA Power Transformer's cooling fan control circuit, the work including replacement/ repair of damaged connectors, MCCB , MCBs, ON/OFF selector switch , Group Selector switch, Contactors, push button, fuse base, Terminal Blocks, Thermal over load relay, starter in the marshaling box and all other associated works.
