| 28 | Note: 1) The agency must attend the site within 24 hrs. of information communicated through any mode of communication, otherwise penalty of Rs. 500 per day delay after initial 24hrs. Will be lived on the agency.2)If any challan is received in this office on any day by NGT/DCC/CPCB/Local authority or any govt. agency then the same shall be born by the agency and if fails, the amount of challan shall be recovered from the bill of the agency. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency on this account.3) The agency shall be solely responsible for any unwanted incident occurs at the site due to digging of road/footpath/ground coming under the alignment of repair of STP line.4) A penalty of RS. 2000/- per day shall be imposed incase the contractor fails to execute the work completely/satisfactorily. Decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding to the contractor.5) The agency must clear off all the malba/debris from the site after the repair work but if the agency fails to clear the site then a penalty of Rs. 5000 per incident shall be imposed on the agency.6) The agency shall submit before and after GPS photographs of work executed at site.7) Agency shall mandatorily fix the display board \\"Work in Progress\\" at the execution site.8) Agency shall mandatorily fix proper barricading along with green net at each site during the execution of work and if compliance of same is not observed than a penalty of Rs. 500 per incident will be imposed on the agency.
