S&F in replacement taking out the old unserviceable sealed compressor unit from existing Split/window type AC 1.5 ton capacity of any make by cutting and replacing the same with new sealed unit from authorised OEM workshop/manufacturer and reconnecting the replaced sealed compressor unit to its original position of air conditioner by brazing incl flushing out complete refrigerator system by applying CTC/nitrogen gas, charging the refrigeration system with and incl compressor oil and refrigerant R-134 gas to its full capacity after complete equating and cleaning the system reinstalling the air conditioner at site and testing on false load to its satisfactor performance complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for capacity of air condition (2.00 ton) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for detecting of leakages of gases in window type /Split Type AC unit of capacity 1.5/2 TR at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition. Note:- Refrigerant for toping up/ filling in will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items in the Schedule.

Taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc, (Indoor unit), condenser, compressors, fan motor etc,(Out door unit) with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, Remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc., changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and refixing the same in existing position complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
