| 10 | Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc. 30cm thick watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, n.exc 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. (work in plain dry area).Note: Rolling the embankment shall be with each layer compactedby rolling with 08 to 10 tonnes power road roller and a sheep foot roller if required. Density to be achieved for each layer shall not be less than 95% ofthe density obtained in the laboratory by proctor method. |

| 15 | Supply and laying of Geo cells with nominal opening of 450 sqcm and perforations in the cell wall shall be between 11% to 16% and depth of the cell of minimum 100mm including suitable arrangments for anchoring the cells are to made complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Material & Labour for Soling (or sub base) 200mm thick (spread thickness), in two layers of 100mm thickness each, with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Material and labour for laying and compacting 150mm (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in 2 layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with mechanical paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013. |
