S&F Powder Coated Anodised aluminium frame/grills for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including aluminium alloy Powder coated standard 10mm section window grill as per approved sample and as per IS specifications joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

M&L anodised aluminium window/door and ventilator shutters, sliding or side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.),hinges type B-21 100mm long (2no.) suitable handle ,(01 no.) including 4mm thick glass panes or stainless steel wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of all fixture/fittings/glass/wire mesh etc.

Taking down cement plaster in concrete or brick wall surface of any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and other than fair surface on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M& L for prepration of new surface and applying a uniform thickness (average 2-3mm thickness) of cement based wall care putty of approved to the entire surface of walls surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall surfaces to give an even and smooth surface all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper on wall surfaces to give an even and smooth surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x600 x 6 to 7mm / 300x450 x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces of wall as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.
