M&L for complete removal and cleaning of Construction/Contraction/Dummy joints of width 8-12 mm & depth 25mm by cutting and using mechanical equipment to remove loose dust, dirt or grease & repair to joints by applying suitable primer, inserting the backup rod of dia 12 mm, fixing masking tape of neoprine & sealing the joints with Polyurethane sealent to match with the existing colour and surface to give neat finish properly to obtain an even and smoth surface complete including removal the unserviceable materials from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal and cleaning of Expansion joints of width 25 to 30 mm & depth 50 mm by cutting and using mechanical equipment to remove loose dust, dirt or grease & repair to joints by applying suitable primer, inserting the backup rod of dia 30 mm, fixing masking tape of neoprine & sealing the joint with Polyurethane sealent to match with the existing colour and surface to give neat finish properly to obtain an even and smooth surface complete including removal of unserviceable materials from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of Reflective road marking paint of superior make with ready mixed guide line RM 164 paint road marking conforming to IS: 164 with a DFT of 100 micorns on concrete/bituminous surfaces by using air less spray machine. Colour of paint shall be white / yellow / black / red / orange or any colour required at site by user on Taxiway/ Dispersal marking exceeding 10 cm width or girth as per recommended dimentions and line should be straight to give taxi guidance to the air craft. The existing surfaces shall be cleaned by air compressor and scraping thoroughly with broom or iron brush, including remove to dirt, dust, oil, greases etc. before application of the paint. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 3900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM (LPM): 1.60(6.0), PSI (Bar): 3300(227), Engine cc (hp):120cc and maximum tip size: 0.029 or as per direction by Engr-In-Charge. Note - (a) Work shall be carried out by the applicator of Manufacturer's representative of company approved by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall produce purchase vouchers of paint utilized in the work.

M&L for providing and laying self leveling elasto-meric concrete in any depth and any width as required for repair to cracks, corner spawling, pot holes, damaged edges of construction/dummy/expansion joints of cement concrete pavement/ slabs of Runway/ Taxi-track as required and finishing by means of trowels and flats alongwith application of a coat of special primer for elastomeric concrete after preparation of surface by removal of all loose material by disc cutter or by chiselling and cleaning by using air blower including all consumable materials, tools, labour etc including removal of all the spoils/ loose materials from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
