Taking down storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and deposited in the MES store the water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and make, at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F electric water heater storage type with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for SS connection pipe chromium plated 15 mm dia both end threaded including brass coupling bolt cone washer complete, length of pipe is not less than 450 mm suitable for Hot water system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper coductor of nominal cross sectional area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) in and including concealed conduit non metallic including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross section area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continuous earth wire green in colour including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Two runs of 4.00 sqmm cable & One run of 4.00 sqmm cable and One run of concealed conduit shall be paid as one unit length.
