| 1 | Material and Labour for maintenance and servicing of DG SET of capacity 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA of approved make complete, drain out engine oil from the sump , flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter elements, super bypass filter element , oil filter elements , air filler and filling the starting batteries with electrolyte where required to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging , cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer, replacement of engine oil coolant and checking of voltage ,frequency, amps , fuel, oil , water level and exhaust leakage etc .Tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque etc and testing as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note :(i) Radiator Coolant & Engine oil will be paid Separately under relevant items. (ii) All the filters will be paid separately. |

| 4 | Disconnecting all incoming and out going rubber hose and drain out the water from choked radiator assembly of DG SETS 250 KVA TO 500 KVA and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, cleaning thoroughly the choked pipe of radiator by using detergent like caustic soda, cotton waste etc. Cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes, soldering/barging the leakage pipe , after completion of above works, and fixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut , bolts and washers etc for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. |
