| 6 | [IMPORTANT NOTE :-NS Item No. 6 contents to be See in Attached CBD, due to Long Content]- Design, construction, testing and commissioning of 6.00 MLD (Average Flow) Pre-treatment units including additional sump well, Primary Clarifier along with Design, construction, testing and commissioning of 3.00 MLD (Average Flow)-SBR based STP and Common Post treatment units for 6.00 MLD (Average flow) along with Sludge Digesters, Common Chlorination and Disc Filtration, including 3 months successful trial-run and thereafter 6 Years Defect Liability-cum-Maintenance Period complete in all respect as per scope of work and specifications mentioned in CBD and attached additional documents including following main components: 1. MPS: Design, construction, testing, commissioning and up-gradation of existing 3.00 MLD average flow MPS for proposed capacity of 6.00 MLD with peak factor 2.5 including up-gradation of inlet chamber, screen chamber, wet well sump (Additional required Capacity), sluice gate valves, 2 No Mechanical coarse screens, Automatic Conveyor belt screen removal mechanism, electromagnetic flow meter with data transfer to required web portals, 5 non clog sewage submersible pumps (1 of 10500 LPM, 1 of 4200 LPM, 2 of 2100 LPM) with 20 m head, GI Guide pipe rail arrangement, EOT crane for maintenance of pumps (2T) alongwith with cables, Rising mains of reuired size to Inlet Box, Sluice Valves, Level Sensors for automatic functioning of Pumps, Cables and VFD panels complete in all respect. 2. Screening and Grit Mechanism for 6.00 MLD: Design, construction, Testing and commissioning of inlet chamber, Fine screen chambers (1W plus 1S), Grit Channels including Mechanical Degrittors with Agitators and Screw Grit Removal Mechanism- Both mechanical(1W plus 1S), Primary sludge sump, Primary Sludge pumps,Primary Clarifier as per the approved design by worthy SE, sluice gate valves, 2 No fine screens with level sensors and automatic conveyor removal mechanism, conveyance of sewage from Grit Channels to Primary Clarifier (Centre feed) with Primary Clarifier rake and skimming mechanism, Channels from Primary Clarifier to Anoxic tank of exist. 3.00 MLD STP and to new Proposed SBR of 3.00 MLD Capacity complete in all respect. 3. STP 3.00 MLD, SBR: Design,Construction,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3.0 MLD , SBR based new STP with actuating valves, Air blowers with shed, RAS and SAS Pumps, SCADA and Flowmeters complete in all respect including Landscaping of the complete site, MCC Panels , Online Monitoring system , Data Transfer to required web Portals. The SBR shall be fully automated PLC- SCADA based. All fittings, instrumentation, electric Panel board etc. CC paths all around all the new structures and Connecting Structures of Minimum 2 m width, thickness not less than 150mm shall be Constructed. The Scouring arrangement shall be such SBR basins can be emptied into the MPS. 4. Disc Filter for 6.00 MLD: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Rotating Disc Filters (Out to In) with Automatic Backwash, for 6.0 MLD, 20-30 microns filter cloth and Shed above the Filters construction of RCC M-30 Disc Filter Tank along with required panels, Cables and Piping arrangement complete in all respect. 5. Chlorination system for 6.00 MLD: Design, Construction , Testing and commissioning of Chlorination system including construction of Chlorine Contact Tank, chlorination building (8.0x5.0x4.50m) chlorine dosing pumps, Emergency equipments , Chlorinators (MInimum 2 months backup), EOT crane (2T) complete in all respect. 6. Centrifuge for 6.00 MLD: Providing, Installing, testing and Commissioning of 2 No Decanter type Centrifuge Machines (1W plus 1 SB) for Primary Digested Sludge, Sludge from MBBR based existing 3.0 MLD STP and Sludge from 3.0 MLD SBR based new STP with Sludge Sump, Centrifuge feed pumps, Poly dosing Pumps, Poly dosing tanks, all fittings, instrumentation, electric panels complete in all respect. 7. Primary Sludge Digesters for 6.00 MLD: Design, Construction and commissioning of Primary Sludge Digesters (2 Nos- RCC M30) with digested sludge sump, Sludge pumps, Gas flaring auto ignition arrangement, SS-316 gas piping complete in all respect 8. CC TV CAMERAS: Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10 No CCTV Cameras (8 Cameras for both STP and 2 Cameras for MPS)- Minimum 2 no night vision 360 degree cameras, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 813 mm LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply, Optical fibre based 5G internet with online real-time output facility, complete in all respect. 9. PLC/SCADA arrangement: Design, installation and commissioning of PLC / SCADA system for MPS and 2 plants (exist. 3.00 MLD MBBR based and prop. 3.00 MLD SBR based) including Software license, PC, LED monitor, Power backup, PLC enclosure, Digital input / output, Analouge inputs, Flow meter, Level transmitter, DO sensors, electric actuator, VFD, signal / power cablesas as per site requirement and complete in all respect. 10. EWQMS (Effluent water quality monitoring system): Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 6.00 MLD capacity STP for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents complete in all respect. 11. Electric installations: Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 300 KVA Transformer, 11 KV HT metering Panel, VCB panel, 250 KVA DG Set (Latest Specifications as per Hon`ble NGT), entire Cable network of required sizing, platform and shed as per the load calculations complete in all respect. 12. Campus Light: Providing and installation of 2 High Masts of 9 mtr height with 2 LED of 200 Watt outdoor type energy efficiency lamp, 6 Solar lights of 30 watt with dark and motion sensor with 6 m high pole, IEC certified solar panel including switch, cable, wiring etc. complete in all respect. 13. MCC cum Panel Building: Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC cum SCADA room, Office building, Toilet block including electric and sanitary fittings for prop. 3.00 MLD STP as per drawings approved by PHED complete in all respect. (Minimum area of Building 200 Sqm) |
