Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe (NP3-Type) for pipe culverts/crossings in single/double row in proper gradient as directed by EIC including jointing excluding trench excavation and carriage. (Complete Job) : 300 mm Diameter.

Providing/Laying Stone soling hand packed on level in foundation trenches incl all carraiges of material.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade M 7.5 including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm N. size)

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M 10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete,on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : Ordinary cement without any pigment.
